Position Summary:

All Service Associates are expected to function as members of a team dedicated to supporting the highest quality care and services to our patients. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment; assisting with dietary aspects of care; facilitating communication (answering phones); transporting patients; and assisting visitors. As part of the team, the Service Associate promotes patient-focused care within the Care Center.

Scheduled Hours: 11 PM - 7:30 AM

Education, Training & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
