Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Marmora, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager, Hospice to join our hospice team. The RN will perform home visits, coordinate care, and support clients in their homes with compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role requires an active NJ RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience; home care or hospice background is preferred. Travel is required to Atlantic and Cape May counties. BAYADA offers comprehensive benefits and career growth.

BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Linwood, NJ. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in the Atlantic and Cape May counties. Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. Responsibilities
