Full time Hospice Case Manager Opportunity! BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Norwich, VT. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in Windsor, Orange, and Caledonia counties in VT and some of Grafton County in NH. NO Weekends, NO On Call! Weekly Pay Full time hours 8:30-5 Mon-Fri Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
