Overview

Our Lighthouse Hospice team is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families in and around the Mercer/Burlington area. We need a compassionate, detail-oriented RN to plan, organize, and direct hospice care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation. You will interact effectively with patients, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining professional standards and clinical competency.

Salary range: $87,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
