Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a senior mobile engineer to own and evolve the Home pod in our React Native app, delivering a delightful, data-driven experience that guides members to sessions and programs.

You'll partner with product, design, data, and backend teams to shape the technical direction, raise the quality bar, mentor peers, and ship performance improvements across the Home funnel in a hybrid San Francisco role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical software engineering experience delivering user-facing applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
• 2+ years of hands-on React Native experience building mobile apps at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Home React Native experience, focusing on performance, reliability, and polish.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and backend teams to map funnels and run experiments.
• Mentor engineers, raise the quality bar, and drive server-driven UI improvements.
