Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Product Quality Engineer focused on Low Observable (LO) and RF systems for the Fury autonomous aircraft program. You will define and implement quality processes to ensure LO structures, LO coatings, integrated antennas, and RF subsystems meet stringent survivability and performance standards.

You will collaborate with LO/RF design, manufacturing, and test teams, drive PPAP/FAI, CAPA, RCCA, and CPP across prototyping to production, and apply AS9100/ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field required.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or similar aerospace environments with RF/LO focus.
• Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP/MSA and SPC.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems and internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality interface for LO/RF systems within the Fury program across design, manufacturing, and test teams.
• Develop and implement Quality Control Plans for LO structures, LO coatings, and RF systems.
• Lead PPAP/FAI processes and CAPA activities for LO/RF components.
• Define critical process parameters and establish SPC and CPk for LO/RF features.
• Create and validate test plans including anechoic RF testing, near/far-field measurements, and RCS assessments.
• Drive RCCA/MRB processes and ensure compliance with LO/RF standards.
• Audit QMS within LO/RF manufacturing and test operations (AS9100/ISO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure predictable LO/RF quality from prototyping to production.
