Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Staff Product Quality Engineer (Low Observable Systems) for the Fury autonomous aircraft program at our Ashville, OH facility. You will own LO/RF quality processes, drive PPAP/FAI, and partner across design, manufacturing, and test to ensure robust LO/RF performance.

You will define QC plans, lead RCCA/MRB, and implement SPC and CAPA, ensuring high survivability and reliability in a high-stakes aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field is required.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or related roles with RF/LO focus.
• Experience with aerospace QMS (AS9100/ISO 9001) and DFMEA.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality interface for LO and RF systems on the Fury program.
• Review designs for manufacturability and testability; provide DFM/DFT feedback.
• Develop and implement PPAP and FAI for LO/RF components.
• Lead RCCA and MRB for LO/RF defects and drive CAPA actions.
• Define process controls, SPC, and inspection/test plans for LO/RF elements.
• Oversee test plans including anechoic, near-field, far-field, and RCS measurements.
