This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr, based on skills and experience. The role is hybrid, based in Waltham or Boston, and is full-time within the Center for Effective Therapy (CET).

Role Overview

The Staff Psychologist will provide high-quality behavioral health treatment to a diverse population of children and young adults aged 2-22, using evidence-based practices. The position includes participation in onsite and virtual training, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth, including potential faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical outpatient services using evidence-based practices.
• Supervise doctoral trainees and contribute to program development.
• Conduct assessments, educational presentations, and collaborate with external providers.
• Maintain documentation according to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology with Massachusetts licensure.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and working with electronic health records.
