Staff Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Washington

We are now interviewing Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners interested in joining us as we expand access to behavioral health care across the country.

60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated each year due to inaccessibility, and 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because of low reimbursement rates and burdensome paperwork. Our innovative technology and human-centered approach enable us to provide necessary care and support providers in focusing on their passion.

Your Qualifications:

• Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP
• At least 4 years’ post-grad experience practicing as a PMHNP, preferably in telehealth; prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavioral health is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active and unrestricted license and DEA number, with licensure assistance provided.

You must also have:

• Experience with initial mental health evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and psychoeducation/supportive therapy.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record systems.
• A passion for high-quality care and best practices in virtual psychiatry.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• A commitment to ongoing education and evidence-based practice.
• A proactive approach, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit.

Compensation for full-time PMHNPs ranges from $180K to over $215K annually, including base salary and productivity incentives.
