Staff Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Maryland (New)

We are currently interviewing Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners interested in joining us as we expand access to behavioral health care nationwide.

Talkiatry aims to make psychiatry accessible, human, and empowering for both patients and providers. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, we strive to address the barriers to high-quality mental healthcare.

Despite the high prevalence of mental illness, many Americans remain untreated due to accessibility issues. Clinicians face low reimbursement rates and administrative burdens. Our innovative technology and human-centered approach enable us to provide essential care and support clinicians in focusing on their patients.

Your Qualifications:

• Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP.
• At least 4 years’ post-graduate experience practicing as a PMHNP, preferably in telehealth; prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavioral health is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active, unrestricted license and DEA number. Assistance with licensure is available.

We provide in-network outpatient treatment for various mental health conditions, focusing on accessibility and quality. We support clinicians with infrastructure and fair compensation, aiming to bridge gaps in outpatient psychiatry with modern tools and a respectful work environment.
