Shape the future of healthcare environments. As a Staff Project Designer, you’ll transform complex ideas into optimized, ergonomic operating and critical care room designs that directly impact patient outcomes and clinician workflows. You’ll collaborate across sales, engineering, and architecture to deliver innovative solutions using advanced design tools.

This role is remote within the United States on the East Coast preferred to align with EST hours (8AM-5PM).

What You Will Do
  • Develop customer-focused room designs using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Consult with sales, project managers, architects, and medical professionals to refine plans for contracting, permitting, and client approval.
  • Lead or support engineering change control processes, including documentation creation and release.
  • Produce high-quality drawings and photorealistic renderings using Revit to support client presentations.
  • Manage design templates, Revit families, and CAD blocks to maintain current standards and functionality.
  • Contribute to product development by applying knowledge of current offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Coach and certify team members on updated design procedures and best practices, delivering SME-level training.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams during product ideation, testing, and prototype delivery, driving alignment and collaboration.
  • Ensure stringent quality standards for clarity, accuracy, and compliance in all design deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma with 6 years of relevant CAD experience, or associate degree with 4 years, or bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D CAD design and related software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Revit and CAD software for interior design, rendering, and digital imaging.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and apply drafting standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or Engineering Technology.
  • Experience with Revit family editor.
  • Experience with Solidworks or parametric modeling and rendering.
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional design projects.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property considerations in design.
  • Familiarity with digital file management systems and best practices for archiving.
  • Ability to contribute to process improvements and standard reviews.

Salary: $77,200 - $160,800 plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
