RAVE Aerospace GmbH is seeking a Staff Program Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of Programs and Services, while building strong customer relationships. From inception to delivery, you will manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments to ensure on-track success.

Partner with cross-functional groups to deliver IFE products/services and drive innovation within Customer Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a program or project management role.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry.
• 5+ years in a Senior (or above) program management role with influence on technical direction.
• Experience with delivery and management of products and services.
• Experience with fostering strong relationships with external customers.
• Experience with project management scheduling and delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage design installation and development processes from program inception to product delivery.
• Prepare and analyze data to understand program progress and financial contributions.
• Understand programs’ cost justification, recommend priorities and generate schedules.
• Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery.
• Daily management of programs and proactively identify areas of opportunities and risks.
• Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights.
