As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the NYC Site Programs & Ops Lead - Sr Mgr for our NYC site. This role is well-positioned to shape the direction of our site — directly impacting the experiences of our employees and our community. As a newer and growing site, this role requires a highly flexible and adaptable individual who can work at a fast pace and handle diverse responsibilities as needed.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

New York, NY $155,000 - $209,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Responsibilities

1. Create and manage the overall plan for Intuit NYC aligned with our site priorities of Growth, Engagement, and Community.
   • Work with stakeholders to understand, document, align, and influence plans & KPIs.
   • Establish and lead a business rhythm to ensure visibility into progress, learnings, and risks.
   • Plan resources and manage the site budget.
2. Plan and deliver employee activations and events on-site and in the community.
   • Serve as the NYC point of contact for site-wide events requiring local experience delivery.
   • Plan community engagement and service opportunities collaboratively.
   • Coordinate and execute events with the Workplace team and local event leads.
   • Source local venues and vendors as needed.
3. Manage high-impact programs and processes that advance our site strategy.
   • Lead programs from ideation to execution, such as connecting NYC-based technologists with the broader Intuit tech community.
   • Design and implement processes for employee experiences, including onboarding and visitor experiences.
4. Lead site-wide communications for the site and company stakeholders.
   • Draft updates for employees on strategy and activations.
   • Manage communications about site-wide events.
   • Prepare NYC-specific content for updates and reviews.
