Job summary

Ford Motor Company’s Advanced Industrial Technology & Platforms (ATP) Sight Vertical seeks a Staff Product Manager, Vision, to shape strategy and drive AI/ML anomaly-detection products from discovery to scale. You translate factory-floor problems into clear technical requirements and guide data science, engineering, and manufacturing teams to field-ready solutions.

Location: Dearborn, Michigan; hybrid work with periodic global travel to Ford sites across NA, EU, and IMG.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management for AI/ML or industrial tech products.
• Strong lifecycle expertise from data strategy to deployment and MLOps.
• Manufacturing/industrial operations experience or plant-floor exposure.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and multi-release roadmaps.
• Lead stakeholder interviews at Ford plants to identify high-value problems and translate them into requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs and ensure ROI for the Sight vertical.
