Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Sight Vision product team, translating strategic goals into robust software for industrial environments and coordinating 24/7 deployment readiness.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team of software and data engineers, drive the ML lifecycle, MLOps pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers to build an AI-powered anomaly detection platform integrated with factory data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field.
5+ years leading software engineering teams with hiring and mentoring experience.
8+ years in software engineering, computer vision, or data-driven products.
Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle (data engineering, training, inference, monitoring).
Extensive experience leading Agile teams, managing sprints, and optimizing delivery velocity.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow a multi-disciplinary team of software and data engineers.
Own the software development lifecycle for Sight Vision products and deliver high-quality, scalable software.
Provide technical oversight for software/hardware architecture and MLOps pipelines.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate manufacturing challenges into technical roadmaps.
Ensure seamless integration with centralized data and operating platforms; build for scale.
