Ford Motor Company seeks a Staff Product Manager, Vision, to bridge plant challenges with AI/ML product teams. Lead roadmap and requirements from discovery to scaled deployment, working with data science, engineering, and plant operations across NA, EU, and global sites.

You will translate factory-floor problems into clear technical specs, shape platform capabilities, and drive metrics across safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Hybrid role with global travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in product management with AI/ML or industrial tech.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant floor environments.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to product strategy and multi-release roadmap for Sight vertical.
• Interview Ford plant stakeholders to elicit high-value requirements.
• Define semantic layers, labeling strategy, and model criteria.
• Own vision/sense backlog based on ROI and feasibility.
• Monitor KPIs like detection accuracy and deployment lead time.
• Establish feedback loops to assess health and value post-deploy.
• Collaborate with launch teams to ensure factory-ready deployment.
• Interface with Core platform to articulate data/models needs.
