Colonial Group is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own ACV's vehicle inspection platform. This staff-level individual contributor role will set the long-term strategy and direction for the inspection platform, aligning products and teams behind clear goals and leading through influence rather than direct reports.

You will drive AI-native development, prototype-led discovery, and rigorous analytics while mentoring other PMs and coordinating across Sales, Marketing, and Operations for major

• English fluency (read/write/speak).
• Proven track record owning strategy and delivery across a product area spanning multiple teams.
• Fluency with AI-native product workflows, including rapid prototyping.
• Product discovery, prioritization, strategy, and KPI measurement.
• Business and financial acumen, including building business cases and financial models.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience mentoring and growing other PMs.
• Strong customer focus and sound product judgment.
• Direct experience in vehicle inspection, vehicle conditioning, or automotive industry.
• Go-to-market and release planning experience.

• Partner with finance and executives to build business cases and product targets that feed the operating plan and forecast impact of bets across the portfolio.
• Drive discovery for new inspection capabilities and decide build, buy, or partner investments.
• Define AI-native product craft and analytical rigor; own AI adoption strategy and reusable AI skills across teams.
• Identify strategic risks and close data gaps with data-platform teams to enable PM self-service.
• Lead go-to-market planning for major launches spanning multiple teams; define success criteria and sequencing.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with FP&A, legal, and corporate development to unlock opportunities.
• Reorient multi-team initiatives when market, data, or AI capabilities shift, and evolve decision frameworks.
• Mentor and sponsor PMs across teams and help grow senior product talent.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
