Skylight, a digital consultancy, is seeking a lead Product Manager for its US operations to drive strategy, roadmaps, and execution in a fast-moving public-sector context.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and mentor other product managers while collaborating with researchers, designers, engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience applying lean product principles to reduce risk and validate assumptions.
• Ability to develop a product strategy, roadmaps, and success criteria.
• Experience creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog with validated user stories.

Responsibilities

• Take in requests from OCIO, shape real needs into scoped work.
• Build intake, planning, and team rhythms to speed delivery.
• Own a product workstream with a clear vision and backlog.
• Partner with leadership to adapt priorities and maintain alignment.
• Coach and develop the team and individuals on the squad.
