Role Overview:

In this role, you'll lead our Collages strategy. Collages are a unique form of self-expression loved by Pinners for outfit planning, vision boarding, fandom, and more—especially among Gen Z. We seek a creative, strategic leader to elevate this fast-growing format, partnering across teams to innovate at the intersection of user experience, ML, and GenAI.

What you'll do:

1. Develop and execute a cohesive Collages strategy, roadmap, and goals, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and senior leadership.
2. Create innovative user experiences to drive Collage creation, distribution, and engagement.
3. Leverage ML and AI in collaboration with Engineering and Data Science to serve user needs.
4. Define hypotheses, product requirements, decision frameworks, metrics, and goals for strategic projects.
5. Address complex, ambiguous problems and influence product strategies.
6. Mentor and coach junior PMs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Inclusion:

Base salary range for US applicants: $163,064—$335,720 USD, plus equity. Final salary depends on location, experience, and skills.
