Qualifications

• Experience with Point-of-Sale Systems in a Project Management capacity.
• Experience taking a product from ideation to execution and successful delivery.
• Proven ability to build an agile digital product practice with UX and Engineering.
• Fluent with Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence) for workflows and docs.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engaging presentation style.
• Experience communicating to VP and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Create new metrics to measure customer insights.
• Develop a holistic understanding of end-to-end customer experience from multiple sources.
• Plan product launches aligned with roadmaps and retail calendar.
• Drive product lifecycle from requirements through post-launch analysis and iterations.
• Lead data analysis for the product domain and measure ROI.
• Identify risks, dependencies and ensure high-quality implementations.
