Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the productization roadmap for its Physical Intelligence software stack, bridging hardware, software, and AI with SDKs and developer tools.

You will own strategy, drive rapid POC programs, and collaborate across business units, research labs, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable, revenue-generating PI products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product management, systems engineering, or solution architecture experience bringing complex HW/SW/AI products to market.
• Deep technical understanding of Physical Intelligence, Edge AI, robotics, simulation environments, and developer toolchains.
• Productization track record: generalizing custom, high-touch system solutions into commercial software products and SDKs.
• Execution & prototyping: architect high-level designs, drive technical POCs with engineering teams, validate concepts with customers.
• Stakeholder management: influence across cross-functional engineering teams, research groups, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: define multi-year roadmap for PI software stack and translate requirements into scalable products, SDKs, and tools.
• Requirements & Solution Architecture: engage with customers, BUs, and FDEs to map challenges to ADI technology.
• Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: lead POC implementations to validate user workflows and technical viability.
• Ecosystem Leadership & Integration: integrate PI offerings with industry frameworks, toolchains, and edge runtimes.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: align research, engineering, and field execution to deliver a cohesive PI product.
