Grindr is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Monetization to shape and elevate our AI-native social platform. You will drive revenue growth by crafting product strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing the monetization features that power millions of interactions.

The role emphasizes building scalable monetization experiences, running multivariate experiments, and translating data into actionable product improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as a product manager, preferably in a consumer-facing subscription based business.
• Strong understanding of subscription revenue dynamics including acquisition, conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap to drive monetization strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, set timelines, and ensure delivery.
• Design, implement and measure multivariate A/B tests to optimize new and existing features.
• Monitor metrics and iterate to improve the purchase funnel and revenue generation.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align monetization goals and strategies.
