CaptivateIQ, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Modeling Platform to define and evolve the foundational capabilities powering products across CaptivateIQ.

You will operate at the intersection of product architecture, data modeling, and user experience, shaping durable primitives and contracts for multiple teams. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and product teams to build reusable modeling components, establish schemas and APIs, and ensure the platform supports AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform or data products.
• Proven track record building shared platform capabilities used across products.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with senior engineers on architecture.
• Experience with modeling systems and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Product.
• Experience with FP&A or enterprise planning domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Modeling Platform strategy and roadmap.
• Define durable platform abstractions and boundaries.
• Partner with Engineering on data models, schemas, APIs, and performance.
• Ground decisions in real modeling problems across incentive comp, sales planning, FP&A.
• Connect platform architecture to product experience with Design and product teams.
• Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Build for an AI-native future with deterministic execution.
