The Lending team is responsible for building and scaling Airwallex’s credit and lending capabilities across both embedded lending and first-party lending models. This is a highly strategic space that sits at the centre of customer value creation, commercial growth, and platform differentiation. The team operates with a startup mindset inside Airwallex, tackling complex challenges across product, credit risk, capital, compliance, and go-to-market.
As Staff Product Manager, Lending, you will lead some of the company’s most important and complex lending opportunities. You will define strategy across large problem spaces, drive alignment across senior stakeholders, and shape how Airwallex builds differentiated lending products globally.
You will operate with broad scope and high autonomy, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution. You will be expected to bring strong commercial judgment, deep customer empathy, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across multiple teams and workstreams. In addition to building products, you will help raise the bar for product thinking, execution quality, and strategic clarity across the wider organisation.
