• Experience with compliance requirements like SOC 2 or FedRAMP.
• Comfort with technical ambiguity and prioritizing ruthlessly.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Snorkel’s business and infrastructure needs.
• Define quarterly roadmaps for multiple engineering pods.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and compliance translation.
• Drive internal adoption of infrastructure services and SDKs.
