Job summary

General Motors seeks a Staff Product Manager for GM's next-generation in-vehicle experience. You’ll lead platform-level UI and cross-vehicle experiences, guiding hardware and software together into a cohesive product.

This senior IC role partners with Design, Engineering and Vehicle teams to deliver integrated, trusted experiences across displays and controls. You’ll drive end-to-end product decisions across programs, balancing customer value, feasibility, and brand expression while aligning

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in product management leading large-scale software or connected products.
• End-to-end ownership from vision through launch and iteration.
• Experience across full PM stack: vision, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, delivery.
• Strong judgment balancing near-term execution with long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Platform leadership for core in-vehicle UI and shared experience foundations.
• Define and evolve requirements for system UI across multiple surfaces and displays.
• Collaborate with platform PM, design and engineering to enable scalable foundations.
• Clarify what to standardize at platform level vs where variation is needed.
• Contribute to long-term digital cockpit architecture and customer touchpoints.
