Job summary

Headway is seeking a Staff PM to own enterprise payer relationships and develop scalable product capabilities. You will collaborate with Payer BD, Data, and Engineering to ship reusable, leverage-creating products that power large payer accounts.

You will translate asks into clear requirements, build a repeatable framework for enterprise payer work, and balance enterprise rigor with startup urgency to move fast and deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Staff-level PM in an enterprise sales motion.

• Proven track record delivering reusable enterprise product capabilities.
