Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Files Platform, owning strategy and execution across migration, platform buildout, and roadmap definition. You will shape strategy around a major partner integration with Box, driving search, metadata, permissions, sharing, and workflow capabilities for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent expertise in fintech/SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience owning product strategy and execution end-to-end from discovery through launch and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy end-to-end for the Files Platform, from migration completion through next-generation search and workflow capabilities.
• Drive product discovery across user groups and translate findings into a prioritized roadmap.
• Align multiple product and engineering teams around a unified Files vision and platform.
• Own the roadmap for a substantial product area, balancing migration work, client needs, and platform foundations.
• Deliver a modern files experience with improved search, metadata, sharing, and high-volume workflows.
• Make build-vs-partner decisions and determine where to leverage a content platform vs. differentiated product.
• Abstract common workflow needs into reusable platform capabilities to accelerate velocity.
• Build intelligent document capabilities like summarization, auto-classification, content-based search, and workflow automation.
• Own migration and adoption outcomes with clear value, and define success metrics for leadership.
