Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Files Platform within its data and AI platform. You will drive end-to-end strategy, oversee migrations from partners to internal processes, and shape how documents are processed and analyzed.

You will collaborate across Security, Legal, and Engineering to balance maintenance with new features, building scalable platform abstractions for downstream reporting and ADM teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fintech, SaaS, or infrastructure-heavy products.
• Comfortable with APIs, permissions, and data models.
• Experience managing large-scale migrations and platform adoption.
• Ability to align multiple product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for the Files Platform.
• Decide between build vs. partner options for content platform capabilities.
• Develop intelligent document features like summarization and auto-classification.
• Create platform abstractions to support downstream reporting and ADM teams.
