Faire is seeking a Staff Product Manager to treat data and ML platforms as products, defining user needs and measurable outcomes with a clear roadmap. You will make data trustworthy by default and enable easy adoption of ML capabilities across engineering, data science, and product teams.

You will run structured discovery, prioritize investments, and establish a durable operating model that evolves as the product platform scales within Faire.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products.
• Experience shipping platform products for internal technical users with discovery, metrics and adoption.
• Experience in marketplace or data-rich products where data drives recommendations or personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from ML idea to production with structured discovery and platform investments.
• Measure ML platform success by user outcomes like time saved and models shipped.
• Scale the use of AI data agents and drive adoption across product teams.
• Define data SLAs, data contracts, and ownership to ensure high data quality and governance.
• Improve metadata quality, lineage, and discovery with access controls and auditing.
