Kaseya Limited in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver the unified Cyber Resilience platform spanning backup, data protection, recovery, disaster recovery, and object storage across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments.

The role owns the product strategy and roadmap for shared capabilities enabling multiple Kaseya products to provide consistent protection and recovery, working with Engineering, Security, Data, Sales, Support, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software Product Management experience owning a technical platform
• Direct PM experience in data protection, storage, or cyber resilience
• Experience consolidating multiple products onto shared platform capabilities
• Proven ability to translate customer problems into platform requirements
• Experience with APIs, reliability, security, and scalability decisions
• Experience collaborating with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Cyber Resilience platform capabilities spanning backup, recovery, data protection, and storage
• Lead consolidation and convergence of multiple products onto shared platform capabilities while maintaining customer continuity and operational reliability
• Define customer and platform requirements across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, platform architecture, integrations, reliability, scalability, security, and technical trade-offs
• Translate customer, partner, support, and market feedback into prioritized product requirements and roadmap decisions
• Make investment and prioritization decisions based on customer value, business impact, technical risk, and resources
• Lead product launches, migrations, and adoption initiatives across multiple products and customer environments
• Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to support enterprise customers and drive adoption
• Define and monitor success metrics across platform adoption, protection coverage, reliability, and usage
