Kaseya is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own one of the company’s most strategic bets: the intelligent automation platform that enables customers to extend, tailor, and run automation across IT and security operations.

In this role you’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and organizational influence, defining the vision and direction for the platform and driving revenue opportunities while strengthening competitive differentiation across a broad

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience on platform, automation, AI/ML, or runtime products at scale.
5+ years defining and driving platform strategy in complex environments.
5+ years partnering across business and technical teams on modern architecture, APIs, and SDKs to deliver platform capabilities.
5+ years leading cross-functional alignment and influencing product, engineering, and business stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Own the vision and multi-year strategy for Kaseya's AI agent platform.
Define the customer extensibility model for tailoring platform capabilities.
Shape the runtime experience for configuring, executing, observing, and governing workflows.
Partner across product lines to expose capabilities, data, and interfaces for portfolio impact.
Define APIs, SDKs, and builder experiences for internal teams, partners, and customers.
Connect platform capabilities to monetization with GTM, pricing, and packaging.
Raise the bar on platform product management practices and represent the platform in executive forums.
