In this role, you’ll lead our Collages strategy. Collages are a unique form of self-expression & Pinners love using them for outfit planning, vision boarding, fandom, and more—especially Gen Z. We’re looking for a creative, strategic leader who can take this fast-growing format to the next level. You’ll partner with teams across the company and drive innovation at the intersection of user experience, ML, and GenAI.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and execute a cohesive Collages strategy, roadmap, and goals in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.
2. Build innovative new user experiences, unique to Pinterest, that drive Collage creation, distribution, and engagement.
3. Leverage ML & AI to serve user needs, in close collaboration with Engineering and Data Science.
4. Define thoughtful hypotheses, product requirements, decision-making frameworks, metrics, and goals for strategic projects.
5. Autonomously tackle complex, ambiguous problems & develop strategic influence across products.
6. Mentor and coach more junior PMs.

What We’re Looking For

• Trusted collaborator: You’ll partner closely with teams across the company, including Growth, Trust & Safety, Monetization, and more. Building deep relationships and working together on shared strategic priorities is essential.
• Strategic thinker: You understand the landscape and can make tradeoffs and decisions about resource allocation.
• Skilled communicator: You can clearly and convincingly communicate your strategy and plans to diverse audiences, including VP-level stakeholders.
• Technical strength: You’ll work closely with Engineering teams utilizing technologies like Machine Learning and AI.
• Customer-centric: You deeply understand the needs of both external and internal customers.
• Data fluency: You leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
• Results-driven: You focus on producing measurable results aligned with company goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. The role can be situated anywhere in the country, with in-office presence required for key moments of collaboration (quarterly or biannually). The salary range is $163,064—$335,720 USD, with eligibility for equity. Final salary depends on location, experience, and skills.
