In this role, you’ll lead our Collages strategy. Collages are a unique form of self-expression & Pinners love using them for outfit planning, vision boarding, fandom, and more—especially Gen Z. We’re looking for a creative, strategic leader who can take this fast-growing format to the next level. You’ll partner with teams across the company and drive innovation at the intersection of user experience, ML, and GenAI.
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. The role can be situated anywhere in the country, with in-office presence required for key moments of collaboration (quarterly or biannually). The salary range is $163,064—$335,720 USD, with eligibility for equity. Final salary depends on location, experience, and skills.
