Supio, a Seattle-based AI platform for law firms, seeks a hands-on Staff Product Manager who owns a product area and shapes Supio's vision and strategy. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and customer teams to redefine how law firms use AI and to deliver product experiences that scale with the business.

You’ll define the core experience, shape agentic AI behaviors, and build vertical products such as client intake.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, incl. end-to-end ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Eng/DS/Business.
• AI-native product experience required.
• Hands-on builder mindset; comfortable shipping without heavy process.
• Strong customer-facing instincts; talk to customers regularly.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing goals.
• Expertise in UX and product design or engineering/architecture.
• Ownership: identify problems and drive strategy with teams.
• Experience shaping product vision and strategy.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Vision: Set the vision and strategy for your product area and take it from inception to production.
• Shape the Core Experience: Define look, feel, and main entry points of the core Supio app for litigation teams.
• Design the Agentic Experience: Define AI agent behaviors and interactions.
• Build Vertical Products: Lead vertical-specific products like client intake and outbound communications.
• Ship Hands-On: Prototype, write specs, and ship code when needed.
• Stay Close to Customers: Maintain direct customer feedback and update goals quarterly.
