Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Digital AI Engagement, Messaging. You will shape AI-powered messaging experiences across Web, Mobile, WhatsApp, and other channels, driving end-to-end product strategy.

You will work with AI, Digital Platform, and Engineering to deliver production-ready experiences at enterprise scale. You will translate customer problems into valuable journeys, define requirements, and collaborate with senior leaders to align product roadmaps and go-to-market

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience for customer-facing software products.
Experience with AI-powered, conversational, or automation experiences.
Strong product judgment and customer empathy to translate problems into end-to-end experiences.
Ability to understand how multi-domain capabilities work together to solve problems.
Proven ability to define strategy and prioritize using data and context.
Ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product definition and delivery of AI-powered messaging use cases.
Define how AI, messaging, and platform capabilities come together to help customers complete journeys.
Design mobile-first, asynchronous messaging experiences across channels.
Validate direction using customer insight, usage data, and production data.
Identify gaps and friction that hinder deployment and scale of AI-powered messaging.
Translate priority use cases into measurable customer outcomes and roadmaps.
