Job summary
The Staff Product Manager, Digital AI Engagement, Messaging at Genesys will shape how AI, automation, and messaging come together to create AI-powered customer journeys across Web, Mobile, WhatsApp and other channels. You will own the product definition and drive high-value experiences from concept to production.
Based in EST or CST, you will collaborate with AI, Digital Platform, Messaging, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and scalable, enterprise-ready
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling customer-facing software products.
- Experience with AI-powered, conversational, or automation experiences, including generative and conversational AI.
- Strong product judgment and customer empathy with ability to translate problems into end-to-end experiences.
- Ability to influence across AI, Messaging, Digital Platform, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product definition and delivery of priority AI-powered messaging use cases across channels.
- Define how AI, messaging, and platform capabilities come together to enable seamless journeys.
- Design mobile-first, asynchronous messaging experiences along the customer journey.
- Validate direction using customer insight, usage patterns, and production data to refine experiences.
