Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Digital AI Engagement, Messaging to shape AI-powered messaging experiences across Web Messaging, Mobile Messaging and WhatsApp. You will own the end-to-end product definition and drive measurable customer and business value.

You will collaborate with AI, Digital Platform, Messaging, Design, and Engineering to turn generative and conversational AI capabilities into production-ready experiences for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling customer-facing software products.
• Experience with AI-powered, conversational, or automation experiences.
• Strong product judgment and customer empathy.
• Strong systems thinking to integrate multiple product, AI, messaging, and platform capabilities.
• Ability to define product strategy using customer insights, data and constraints.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product definition and delivery of priority AI-powered messaging use cases.
• Define how generative AI, conversational AI, messaging, and platform capabilities come together.
• Design mobile-first, asynchronous messaging experiences along the customer journey.
• Validate direction with customer insight, usage data, and production results.
• Drive adoption from experimentation to scalable production across enterprises.
• Influence priorities across product and engineering when cross-boundary work is needed.
