Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Staff Product Manager, AI Ecosystem to own integrations and partnerships across the AI stack. You will shape how Temporal aligns with OpenAI, Google, AWS, Braintrust, and more, creating a durable foundation for developers from prototype to production.

This role partners with Engineering, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and DevRel to launch integrations, drive adoption, and build practical reference architectures that demonstrate

Qualifications

• Staff-level product ownership: turn ambiguous strategy into a shipped roadmap with minimal direction.
• Deep AI fluency: hands-on with AI tooling and a strong view of its trajectory.
• Ecosystem/partnerships product experience: owned integrations or developer platforms, not only end-user features.
• GTM partnership instincts: collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and external partners to launch products.
• Technical literacy: capable of discussing AI system design with engineers, no need to write production code.
• Narrative-grade writing: able to craft stories that align teams and guide investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrations & partnerships product roadmap; prioritize and sequence integrations and partner experiences.
• Stay in market daily by engaging with customers and tracking AI tooling landscape.
• Define the Temporal for AI ecosystem story, including positioning, reference architectures, and building blocks.
• Take products to market with GTM; partner with internal and partner GTM orgs to drive adoption.
• Drive internal enablement; help field sell, deploy, and support every integration in the portfolio.
• Define and track success with KPIs focused on adoption and momentum.
