Turquoise Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Contracts product team. You will own the vision and execute roadmaps across payer and provider workflows, bringing AI into contracting and revenue-cycle processes.

This high-visibility role requires deep healthcare knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable features while partnering with AI engineers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS.
• Deep healthcare reimbursement knowledge.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and ship features across contracts workflow for payers and providers.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to improve contract understanding and surface financial insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product.
• Drive adoption and measure impact using user feedback and metrics.
