Collectors is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its AI Research & Engineering team to shape data strategy, training data collection, and production pipelines across computer vision and ML-enabled workflows.

In this high-impact role you will partner with ML engineering and subject matter experts to improve model accuracy, throughput, and cost while mentoring other product managers. Travel to data collection sites is expected, and a competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience building a product or platform.
• Strategic and execution oriented with ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled workflows and human-in-the-loop design.
• Strong systems thinking to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Proven ability to own business outcomes and drive metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.
• Willingness to travel to data collection sites, approx. monthly to quarterly.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy for training data capabilities and data collection priorities.
• Own data collection end-to-end from procurement to annotation.
• Coordinate cross-team work to maximize throughput and capacity planning.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows and feedback loops for model improvements.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering, Operations, and SMEs to align priorities.
• Define metrics for data quality, model accuracy, throughput and cost.
• Mentor other Product Managers and scale product thinking across the org.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows at scale.
