Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead training data strategy and end-to-end data collection across computer vision, structured data, and AI workflows.

You will own data curation, labeling, and feedback loops that directly impact model accuracy and deployment at scale. You will collaborate with ML Engineering, Operations, and subject matter experts to prioritize work, measure outcomes, and mentor other product managers, while leveraging Claude tools to accelerate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building a product, platform, or capability from the ground up.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled operational workflows.
• Strong systems thinker and cross-team collaborator.
• Exceptional written communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for training data capabilities and prioritize data collection.
• Own data collection end-to-end across procurement, preparation, capture, labeling, and annotation.
• Coordinate throughput across teams and sites; drive capacity planning.
• Define human-in-the-loop workflows and feedback loops for training data.
• Partner with ML Engineering, Operations, and SMEs to align priorities and drive execution.
• Define metrics for data quality, model improvement, throughput, and cost.
• Mentor other Product Managers and scale product practices across the org.
• Build with AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows.
