Job summary

Iru is hiring a Staff Product Manager to shape the future of its macOS-centric security offerings. You will partner with engineers, designers, and sales to define strategy, lead development, and deliver secure, market-ready products.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own vision, pricing, and GTM for enterprise security, while aligning stakeholders and driving growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration or closely related field plus 7 years of related experience.
  • 4 years of experience with Product management involving the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • 2 years of experience with enterprise security products (Threat Intelligence, SecOps, or Endpoint security).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s, with authority to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for macOS enterprise security offerings.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from idea to launch with timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver security solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and market data to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including positioning, pricing, and packaging.
  • Monitor product performance and market trends for continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

We are excited to be hiring a Staff Product Manager with deep experience in bringing enterprise security products to market. As a visionary leader in product management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise security at Iru. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll partner with a team of talented product managers, engineers, and designers, driving innovation and technical excellence. We're in search of an expert who can define and execute the product strategy for our macOS-centric security offerings. Your passion for problem-solving and staying at the forefront of security technology will be the driving force behind our mission.



  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Kandji’s macOS enterprise security offerings.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and define product requirements.

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from idea on to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver innovative security solutions.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration or a closely related field plus 7 years of related experience.

  • Requires 4 years of experience with Product management involving the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

  • Requires 2 years of experience with each of the following: Product management with a strong focus on enterprise security products, utilizing Threat Intelligence, SecOps, or Endpoint security solutions;

  • Working within the enterprise security landscape, specifically regarding threat detection, prevention, and response workflows;

  • Bringing enterprise security products to market, from concept to launch.

  • Alternatively will accept a Master’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field plus 5 years of related experience.

  • Requires 4 years of experience with Product management involving the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Requires 2 years of experience with each of the following: Product management with a strong focus on enterprise security products, utilizing Threat Intelligence, SecOps, or Endpoint security solutions; Working within the enterprise security landscape, specifically regarding threat detection, prevention, and response workflows; Bringing enterprise security products to market, from concept to launch.

  • Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
