This hands‑on IC role requires thriving in fast‑paced startup environments, solving ambiguous problems, and delivering AI‑native tools used by developers daily.

You will define product strategy, shape architecture, and partner with founders and cross‑functional teams to drive ownership and impact from 0 to 1.

Qualifications

• 7–20 years of experience as a full‑stack software engineer with ownership of 0‑to‑1 product development from concept to launch
• Proven experience leading the technical direction of successful products in high‑growth startups or rapidly scaling engineering organizations
• Strong full‑stack engineering expertise with modern technologies, particularly TypeScript and React

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, technical strategy, and end-to-end development of new products from ideation through production
• Partner with founders and product stakeholders to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and long‑term roadmaps
• Build and launch 0‑to‑1 products while maintaining a strong focus on product quality, usability, and customer experience
• Own production outcomes by ensuring reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence
• Mentor senior engineers, raise engineering standards, and influence technical decisions across the organization
• Work effectively in highly ambiguous environments, making pragmatic architectural and product decisions while balancing speed and quality
