Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. in Newburyport, MA seeks a Staff Product Development Engineer, Industrials to own customer products from concept to serial production and drive production-ready programs for aerospace and defense customers.

You will collaborate with hardware, software, materials, and operations teams to ensure high-quality parts, optimized throughput, and scalable manufacturing processes at our Newburyport site with occasional Devens travel.

Qualifications

• Owns customer products from concept through serial production.
• Develops production programs with repeatable quality and efficient throughput.
• Leads cross-functional teams and mentors engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop part processes maximizing customer value.
• Evaluate early-stage opportunities for feasibility and define NPI path.
• Apply DFM principles from the start of every program and support CAPA actions.
