Join a small, mission-driven team reimagining how people read and write online. As a Staff Product Designer, you will report to the Director of Product Design and own end-to-end design work across multiple initiatives, from early problem framing through launch. • Translate product strategy and complex problem spaces into clearly scoped initiatives, partnering with engineering, design, and leadership.
• Own and ship high-quality interaction, visual, and prototype work that turns product vision into intuitive reader and writer experiences.
• Apply AI design tools and workflows to explore, validate, and communicate new ideas, features, and interactions faster.
• Contribute to the design system to keep the product's visual language cohesive and scalable across surfaces.
• Run user research to surface pain points and opportunities, and fold those insights back into design decisions.
• Uphold a high design bar through collaboration, welcoming feedback, and elevating the impact of the broader design team.

Requirements
