BairesDev is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead the end-to-end evolution of our product experiences, from discovery through delivery. You will balance user needs with business strategy to create impactful, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or a related senior design role.
• Proven expertise in Figma and establishing scalable design systems.
• Demonstrated experience owning the end-to-end product experience from discovery to shipping.
• Strong background in product strategy and conducting user research to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency in Design Ops and collaborating across cross-functional teams at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, transforming complex problems into elegant, user-centric solutions.
• Conduct deep user research and synthesis to validate concepts and drive product strategy.
• Foster cross-functional synergy between engineering, product, and design teams to streamline shipping workflows.
• Implement Design Ops initiatives to optimize internal design processes and team efficiency.
• Define the long-term design vision while overseeing the execution of critical product features.
