You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and stakeholders, drive design ops, and champion user-centric solutions that meet business goals. This role is fully remote with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, User Experience, or related field.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end product experience from discovery to shipping.
• Proficiency in Figma and managing comprehensive design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to high-fidelity execution.
• Define and evolve comprehensive design systems for consistency across products.
• Conduct user research to inform strategic product decisions.
