Job summary

Reevo is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own major surfaces end-to-end and elevate how the team works. You will operate in SF or Santa Clara, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to turn hard, ill-defined problems into actionable product bets.

You will prototype in code, ship surface-level UX, and drive the product with agents, while mentoring peers and raising the craft bar in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design in fast-paced environments, with significant B2B SaaS and early-stage startup exposure.
• Track record of taking concepts from zero to shipped product while discussing learnings.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous, high-stakes product areas and define workflow and information architecture end-to-end.
• Prototype in code and ship surface-level UX, coordinating with engineers through agents.
• Move quickly from idea to production, iterating after real user feedback.
• Maintain design craft and guard edge cases, motion, and states for a polished product.
• Immerse in the customer workflow and align with SDRs, AEs, and RevOps needs.
• Design for agents and humans, building on the design system and guiding agents in orchestration.
• Mentor teammates, raise design standards, and contribute to hiring decisions.
