Job summary

Reevo is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own a major surface of Reevo end to end, raising the bar for how the team works. You will lead with a design solution and ship front-end work directly in the codebase, collaborating with engineers and product managers in a fast-paced environment.

You will design for agents and people, mentor teammates, and help set the craft bar while working from San Francisco or Santa Clara to ship impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong B2B SaaS and startup exposure.
• Proven track record of zero-to-one work, taking ideas from nothing to shipped, with learnings.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem and the workflow across a domain or end-to-end product, making fast, well-reasoned calls.
• Prototype in code and ship the UX you own, coordinating with engineers to improve delivery.
• Ship fast, then iterate based on real customer feedback and measurable signals.
• Set craft standards by focusing on edge cases, motion, and polish to distinguish designed from assembled experiences.
• Live in the customer workflow by engaging in team channels, standups, and customer interactions.
• Design for agents as well as people, building on the design system and ensuring orchestration by agents.
