Reevo is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own major product surfaces end to end. You will prototype in code with agents, lead with solutions, and blend customer signals with business outcomes. Expect to raise the team’s craft, mentor others, and shape the design system as agents orchestrate work.

The role requires 10+ years of design experience, B2B SaaS expertise, and the ability to work closely with engineering to ship real UI using code-based prototyping.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design in fast-paced environments, including B2B SaaS.
• Zero-to-one track record: shipping ideas from concept to launch.
• Fluency with AI tooling in daily practice, including agent-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous, high-stakes product areas, defining workflow and information architecture.
• Prototype in playground, ship surface-level UX in code, including styling and polish.
• Define bets, measure signals, and iterate based on results.
